We are Golden Shores Developers Llp. You can find us at Ganeesham-2, specifically in Wing C. Our office is Flat No. 704. We are located in Pimple Saudagar, which is a part of Pune that has changed a lot lately. The address is S.No. 13, 14, 21/25 to 21/31. It’s a bit of a mouthful, but once you get here, it makes sense. Being on the 7th floor gives us a decent look at the neighborhood. Pune-27 is a busy area, but our wing in the complex stays relatively quiet. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s a smaller setup where we all know each other. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over documents for the different sites we manage. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits unless there’s a really big meeting, which isn't often. We just focus on the projects at hand. Pimple Saudagar has a lot of families and new buildings, so it’s an active place to be for a developer. We’ve got our routine down—get in, check the messages, and handle the site updates. The Ganeesham-2 complex is a nice spot, and we’ve been happy with the space in Wing C. It’s practical and it works for what we need to do.
