Gokhale Spaces Llp is based right here in Erandawane. Our office is number 101, located at plot 61/13. It’s a familiar spot for anyone who lives around this part of Pune. We’ve been working out of this space for a good while. We deal with space and property management mostly. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints lying around. We don't bother with fancy decorations because we’re too busy working on the actual tasks. Erandawane is a nice area, quite central, which helps when we have to visit different sites across the city. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or checking on different properties. It’s a hands-on kind of job. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. We just rely on the fact that we know this neighborhood well. People know where to find us if they have questions about their space. It's just a few of us here. We like to keep things simple and direct. No one likes a lot of corporate talk, so we just say things as they are. Sometimes the paperwork piles up, but we get through it. We aren't a massive corporation, just a local LLP trying to keep things moving. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, and we’ve stayed right here in our corner of Pune. It’s a steady business and we like the people we work with.
