GOKHALE PREMIUM RESIDENCES LLP

We are based out of Office 101 at Plot No. 61/13 in the Erandwane area of Pune. Our office is on CTS No. 104/15, and it is where a few of us spend most of our waking hours. Erandwane is a busy part of the city, and you can usually hear the traffic from our windows throughout the day. Gokhale Premium Residences LLP is basically just a small team of local people handling the paperwork and planning for various housing projects around here. It is not a very fancy setup inside. We have some desks, a few old chairs, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Most of our time is spent talking to contractors or trying to get the local building documents sorted out. It can be quite a headache sometimes when things get delayed, but that is just how the business goes in Pune. We know the neighborhood well because most of us grew up around here. When we are not at our desks, we are probably out at a site checking on progress or grabbing some tea from the stall nearby. We do not have any big corporate speeches to give. We just come in, do the daily tasks, and try to make sure everything stays on track. It is a simple operation and we like keeping it that way without too much fuss or complicated systems.
