Gokhale Heights Llp

Our office is situated in Erandwane, which is one of those classic Pune neighborhoods. We are at office number 101, sitting at plot number 61/13. It is a ground floor or first floor setup depending on how you count the levels here. Erandwane has a lot of history, but also a lot of new developments, so we are right in the thick of that mix. We spend our days working on the different height projects and managing the legal side of the property business. The office is full of files, rolls of site plans, and the sound of people talking. It isn't a silent place. We are usually busy coordinating with different teams or checking on the status of our CTS records. The space is practical. We have some chairs for when people come by to discuss the buildings, but mostly it's a working office for the staff. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights outside. People usually find us because they know the Gokhale name in the area or they are looking for something specific in Erandwane. It can be a bit hard to find a spot to park on the narrow streets nearby, but that’s just part of being in this part of the city. We enjoy being here though. It feels like a real community. We just keep our heads down and focus on the construction work and the paperwork that goes with it.
