Gokhale Developers Llp is located at Plot 61 on Prabhat Road, right there in Gokhale House. If you are coming down Lane 14, we are just across from the Income Tax Office. It’s a familiar spot for us. We do a lot of development work around Pune, trying to put up buildings that actually fit into the existing neighborhoods. It isn't always smooth sailing. Sometimes we run into issues with the ground or the permits take forever to come through from the municipal corporation. We have a small office staff and we all know each other pretty well. It’s a bit of a family vibe here, honestly. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, just consistent. You’ll usually find someone in the office from early morning until late evening because there is always some detail that needs sorting out. We use a lot of local guys for the actual building work. It’s important to know who you’re working with on these jobs. The office gets a bit dusty with all the files and samples of tiles or granite lying around. That’s just the way a developer’s office looks most of the time. We like being on Prabhat Road because it’s easy for people to find us. We don't have any big corporate slogans or anything. We just look at a piece of land and try to figure out the best way to put a solid building on it for people.
