We are located at Gokhale House on Prabhat Road in Pune. It’s right across from the Income Tax Office, which makes it easy to find for most folks around here. Lane 14 is a quiet enough spot, usually. As Gokhale Deogaonkar Developers LLP, we spend most of our hours looking over blueprints or talking to contractors. This office is Plot No. 61, and it’s where all the planning happens before any bricks get laid. Pune is changing fast, so there's always a lot to keep up with. We've got our hands full with different sites across the city. Sometimes it feels like there aren't enough hours in the day to get everything sorted. We aren't big on fancy speeches or anything. We just show up, look at the progress, and try to solve whatever problems cropped up overnight. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on supplies. The team here is small, and we’ve known each other a long time. Our desks are usually covered in files and coffee cups. Being on Prabhat Road is nice because it’s central to a lot of our project sites. We try to keep things simple and just focus on the building work itself. There’s always some new regulation or a delay with materials to figure out. That's just how the business goes in this part of Pune. We're just regular people trying to build things right every single day for the community.
