You can find us at Office Number 101, located at Final Plot No 61/13 and CTS No 104/15 in Erandwane. It’s a central location in a part of Pune that we know very well. We’ve set up our workspace here to handle all the various real estate and city projects we have going on. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to meet and get through the daily grind. Erandwane is a great place to be because everything is close by. We spend a lot of time dealing with the local authorities and making sure all our city-related projects are on the right track. It’s not a glamorous job, mostly involves a lot of reading through documents and making sure the numbers add up. We aren't interested in being a big polished firm. We just want to do the work and do it right. Our team is small, so you usually end up talking to the same few people every time you call. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. Sometimes the office is a bit of a mess with all the maps and plans, but that’s how we like it. It shows we are actually doing something. We’ve been in Erandwane for a bit and we like the feel of the neighborhood. It gets busy, but we manage to stay on top of things as best as we can every single day without needing any fancy software to tell us how to work.
