Gokhale Buildcon Llp

Our office is over on Prabhat Road in Pune, right in Gokhale House at Plot 61. It’s a nice area, Lane 14 is pretty quiet usually, although being opposite the Income Tax Office means there is always some traffic and people moving about. We’ve been operating as Gokhale Buildcon Llp for some time, focusing on construction around the city. Pune is growing fast, and there is always a new project starting somewhere. We spend a lot of time in the office here, going over blueprints and making sure the supplies are ordered. It gets pretty hectic when we have a few sites running at once. My desk is usually covered in site reports and coffee mugs. We don't do anything too flashy, just standard building work that people need. Construction is a tough business because you're always dealing with the rain or labor issues or material costs going up every other week. We just try to stay on top of it. Some days are better than others, of course. Lane 14 is a good home base for us because it’s central. We know the local vendors and the guys who deliver the sand and bricks. It feels like a small community even though Pune is getting huge. We've seen a lot of changes on this street over the years. Most of our day is spent on the phone or driving between the office and the latest site we've got going.
