Goel Ganga Ventures India Private Limited

Goel Ganga Ventures India Private Limited is based in the San Mahu Complex on Bund Garden Road. We have shops 10 through 14. Having five shops in a row gives us enough space, but it still feels a bit crowded when the whole crew is in. Bund Garden Road is a busy place, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been here for a while now. Most of our work involves property ventures, which sounds complicated but is mostly just a lot of paperwork and phone calls. We are not a big corporate office with a lobby and a fountain. We just have desks, computers, and a lot of files. The air conditioning in the complex can be a bit temperamental, so we usually have a few fans going in the summer. We are just a group of local people trying to make a living. We know the neighborhood well because we are out every day getting lunch or running errands. We don't use fancy brochures to get business. People usually just hear about us from someone else and stop by the shop. We try to be straightforward. If a project has a problem, we say so. There is no point in making things sound better than they are. We have seen many businesses come and go on Bund Garden Road, but we just keep doing our thing. It is a lot of work, but we are used to the pace.
