Goel Ganga Group (Housing)

We are located over in Bhosri, specifically in Indrayani Nagar. The office is actually inside Aditya Appa, at Flat No 202. Sachin S. Mahajan is usually the one you’ll find here or on the phone. Bhosri is a pretty busy industrial area, so there is always something going on outside. The noise from the traffic and the local shops is just part of our day. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect a big housing group to be, but it works for us. The apartment is small but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve got a couple of desks, a printer that jams every other day, and a small sofa for guests. Most of our work involves talking to people about homes, so the phone is always ringing. Finding the flat can be a little tricky the first time since the buildings all look a bit similar in this part of Pune. It’s a very lived-in space. There are files everywhere and probably too many empty tea cups on the table. We don’t have a fancy sign outside, just a small one near the door. It’s a practical way to run things without all the extra costs of a big office. Pune weather is usually okay, but it gets stuffy in the afternoon so we keep the windows open. We just get on with the job.
