Our office is located at 5, San Mahu Compound, right across from the Poona Club on Bund Garden Road. It’s a pretty central part of Pune, so there’s always a lot of traffic and noise outside from the cars and buses passing by. We’ve been in this building for a long time now. It’s where we handle the day-to-day business of our development projects and keep track of everything. We aren't big on fancy decorations or corporate branding inside the office. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper stacked up. People come in to ask about new flats or to sort out their paperwork for properties they’ve already bought. We have a small team here, and most of us have been with the company for years, so we know each other well. We know the city’s layout and the local rules like the back of our hands. Bund Garden Road is a busy stretch, and being near the club makes it very easy for people to find us even without a map. We don't try to sell anyone on big dreams or anything like that; we just show them what we are building and tell them the price and the timeline. It’s a very direct way of doing things. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. We just focus on the task at hand, whether it's checking a blueprint or answering the phone for the hundredth time.
