Our office is over in Wanawdi, tucked into the Shiv Sagar Society. If you know where the IDBI Bank is, we are right across from there in D/1. It’s a decent spot in Pune, not too far from the main rush but still busy enough to keep us on our toes. We work on property stuff, mostly helping people figure out their housing and land details. It’s not always easy work because there’s so much paperwork and red tape involved with real estate these days. We sit here at our desks, taking calls and meeting folks who want to know about upcoming projects or current buildings they've seen. The society is quiet enough most mornings, which helps us get things started before the afternoon heat and noise. We aren't a massive corporate headquarters, just a local branch office handling the ground-level stuff for Godrej Properties. We see a lot of families coming through, looking for a place to call home and asking plenty of questions. We try to give them the straight facts without any of that confusing marketing talk. Sometimes the traffic outside near the bank gets a bit much, especially in the evenings, but that’s just Pune life. We’ve been in this location for a bit, so the regulars and the neighbors know us. We just keep our heads down and work through the files. It's about being practical and helping people get their documents in order. It’s a regular job for us.
