GND LANDMARKS PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been working out of our office at Royal Imperio for a bit now. It's on the first floor in the B wing, right near Kokane Chowk. It gets busy around here, but we like being in Rahatani. GND Landmarks is just a small team of us trying to get things done right in Pune. We mostly handle building stuff and property matters. It's not always easy keeping up with all the paperwork and site visits, but we manage. Some days are longer than others, especially when traffic is bad near the chowk. We aren't a big fancy firm with a huge lobby. Our space in FL 102 is pretty functional, mostly just desks and files everywhere. People often drop by to ask about plots or how things are moving along with current work. We try to be straight with everyone who walks in. It's a local business through and through. We know the area well and have seen how much Rahatani has changed over the last few years. If you're looking for us, just head to the first floor. Sometimes the lift is slow, so the stairs are faster. We're usually around during the day, making sure the projects stay on track. It's a lot of coordination, phone calls, and dealing with vendors. It keeps us on our toes. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and making sure the work gets finished.
