Gmd Buildcon Private Limited

Our office for Gmd Buildcon Private Limited is located at Flat 102 in Narmada Heights. We’re in Pune, specifically at S 51/1A+2A, which is right across from Ashish Garden. It’s a nice enough area to work in, especially with the greenery from the garden across the street. Being on the first floor makes it easy for people to find us without having to wait forever for an elevator. The office itself is basically a converted residential flat, so it has a bit of a homey feel, which we actually prefer. We aren't big on the whole cold, corporate office vibe. There’s usually someone in the small kitchen area making tea or coffee while the rest of us are at our desks. Since we’re in buildcon, we’ve got plenty of folders and plans scattered around the place. Pune is a great city for this kind of work, and being based near Ashish Garden means we aren't stuck in a totally grey industrial zone. Sometimes we take a walk in the garden during a break if the weather isn't too hot. We keep things pretty relaxed here, focusing on the work rather than trying to impress anyone with a fancy setup. It’s just a group of us in room 102 making sure our construction projects are moving along as they should. It’s a practical, no-nonsense way to run things and we like the location a lot.
