Our office is on the third floor of the Kaveri building at Survey Number 20/1 in Balajinagar. It’s a pretty basic workspace without any of those fancy decorations you see in big city offices. We spend most of our time dealing with construction projects around this area. Balajinagar is always busy, and being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of what’s going on. We aren't corporate people. We don't use a lot of complicated words or try to impress anyone with big presentations. We’d rather just show you the work we’ve done on the ground. Most of our day involves talking to laborers, checking on materials, and making sure the plans are being followed. It’s a lot of coordination, and sometimes things don’t go perfectly, but we always find a way to fix it. We aren't a huge firm, so we handle a lot of the things ourselves. You might find us at the Kaveri building late at night sometimes, trying to get the books in order. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing a decent job and hoping people notice. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it’s how we’ve always done it. We know the local area well and just want to keep building things that people can actually use.
