Our office is located on the first floor of MGM House, which is 47/27 in Budhawar Peth. We are right in front of Neela Nagar. It’s an older part of town, but we like the character of the place. We’ve been handling infrastructure contracts from this spot for a good while. The office is usually cluttered with files and drawings. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek lobby. We just need a place to work. The ceiling fan in the back room makes a clicking noise that we’ve just gotten used to. Most of our time is spent out at contract sites, making sure things are being built according to the specs. Budhawar Peth is always buzzing, and we are part of that energy. We know the guys at the tea stall downstairs. We have a small group of regulars who work with us. We don't go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just take the contracts that make sense and try to get them finished. It’s often a lot of stress, especially with deadlines, but we are used to it. We deal with all the usual headaches like material costs going up or finding enough labor. We just take it one day at a time. If you need to find us, just look for MGM House across from Neela Nagar. We’re usually around unless we’re out on a site. It’s hard work, but someone has to do it.
