Giriraj Group

Giriraj Group is located on the third floor of the Kojagiri Building. It is right there in Chaitanya Nagar, just across from the Bharati Hospital on Satara Road. If you are coming over the bridge, you cannot miss the area, though finding the right entrance to the building sometimes takes a minute the first time. The stairs can be a bit much if you are not used to them, but we have been up here for a while. Usually, the traffic on Satara Road is pretty loud, so you hear the horns and the buses all day long. Inside the office, things are pretty quiet though. We have a few desks and a lot of files stacked up. This is not a big flashy place with glass walls or anything. It is just a practical space where we sit and handle our business every day. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes you just take the stairs to the third floor. We see a lot of people heading to the hospital across the street while we look out the window during a break. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we started, with more shops opening up nearby. We just keep doing our thing, filing papers and talking to people who come by. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most mornings start with just opening the windows to get some air in before the sun gets too high and the city gets too hot.
