Giridhar Builders And Developers Privatelimited is located in the Pentagon Building on Shahu College Road. We are in Office No. 210, which is up on the second floor. The area around Parvati is always humming with energy, mostly because of the college students walking by. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place with some desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Being builders means we spend half our time here and the other half out at sites, but this is where the main planning happens. We've got maps and site plans pinned to the walls. It can get a little loud in the building when everyone is working, but we quite like the bustle. We aren't the type to wear suits or have big corporate meetings. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and figuring out the details of a project. The office has a bit of a worn-in feel, which is how we like it. We have been operating out of Pune for a while and have seen the Shahu College Road area grow a lot. It is a practical space for a practical business. We just do our work, talk to our clients, and try to make sure everything is moving along as it should. It is just us here, doing what we know best.
