Ginee Engineering Co.

Ginee Engineering Co. is based at unit 75 in the Panvel Co. Op. Industrial Estate in Raigad district. This area is full of different workshops and factories, so there’s always the sound of machinery in the air. We’ve been working out of this unit for several years. It’s a practical space designed for engineering work, so it’s not exactly pretty. There are steel beams, workbenches, and tools scattered around where we need them. We spend our days working on different mechanical parts and fabrication jobs. Raigad gets quite humid, so the workshop can get pretty stuffy, but we have some fans going to keep the air moving. Most of our work comes from other businesses in the estate or nearby towns. We don't really do any marketing; people just know we are here at number 75. It’s a lot of physical labor and precision work. Sometimes we stay late to finish a job if a customer is in a hurry, but usually, we head home once the sun goes down. We’ve got a small crew of guys who know their way around the machines. We don't have a big office or a receptionist. If someone needs us, they just walk into the shop and find one of us. It’s a straightforward way to run an engineering company. We focus on the metal and the machines and let everything else take care of itself. We just do the work as it comes in.
