We’ve been running our operations from Pune for some time now. Our office is tucked away in New Hill View Co-Op Society, right over in the S.No-11/1A/2/1 area. It is basically just a regular flat, number 58, where we keep our files and meet up with the site supervisors. We don't have any big neon signs or a receptionist waiting at the door. It is just a place to get the planning done before we head out to the actual sites. Infrastructure is a tough business around here because the regulations keep changing and the roads are always a bit of a mess, but we manage to keep things moving along. Most of us have lived in Maharashtra our whole lives, so we understand how things work on the ground. We don't use any fancy software or have a big corporate culture. It is mostly just a group of us sitting around desks, drinking tea, and figuring out how to get the next project finished. The neighbors in the society are used to us by now. Sometimes it gets a little loud when we are moving equipment or having meetings, but that is just part of the job. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to do the work that comes our way and go home at the end of the day. If you are looking for us, we are usually there early in the morning before the traffic hits.
