We are Ghai Buildcon LLP, based over in the Bramha Estate. If you know the Jyoti Hotel on Kondhwa Road, we are right near there. Our office is in Block C2, room 28. It's a busy part of Pune and there is always noise from the street. We do construction and building work, mostly around the SN 1A/1/2 plots. It’s a lot of dusty shoes and checking on cement and steel deliveries. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us handling the day-to-day tasks that come with being a local developer. The Kondhwa area has changed a lot lately and we’ve seen it happen from our office window over the years. We focus on the practical side of building. Usually, we are out at the sites making sure things are actually getting built right and workers have what they need. When we are in the office, we’re mostly dealing with the permits and the planning side. It’s not always easy but it’s the work we chose to do. We’ve been at Bramha Estate for some time now. It’s a good spot because it’s easy for people to find us near the hotel. We keep things simple here. We don’t go for the big flashy signs or expensive furniture. We just want to get the buildings finished and move on to the next one. It's a local operation and we know the neighbors. Sometimes the road is noisy with all the traffic heading toward the city, but we are used to it. Just a regular construction firm trying to do a decent job.
