Gera Developments Pvt Ltd is located at 200 Boat Club Road. Our office is in Gera Plaza on Naroda Road, right across from City Point. It’s a well-known spot in the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this plaza for a long time. The office is busy most days, with people coming in to talk about various building projects. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. It’s mostly just desks, blueprints, and a few pots of tea. The area around Boat Club Road is quite nice, but we spend most of our time inside working. We are a group of people who just want to get things built properly. We don't use a lot of big words or marketing talk. It’s just about the work for us. Sometimes the phones won't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually get some planning done. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years from our windows in Gera Plaza. Across the way, City Point is always bustling, which keeps things interesting. We’re just a local developer trying to do right by the community. It’s not always perfect, and we have our stressful days like anyone else, but we keep showing up at 200 Boat Club Road. That’s just how we do things here at Gera Developments. We are just regular people working hard in a busy part of town.
