We've been around the Nagar Road area for a while now. The office is over at Runwal Prestige on the 9th floor. It’s a busy spot in Yerwada. Most days we are just busy with the usual paperwork and site plans. People come in and out, asking about things. We try to keep it simple here. There's plenty of traffic outside, being right on the main road, but once you get up to the ninth floor, it's a bit quieter. We deal with building stuff, mostly. It's just a regular office setup with desks and too many files. Sometimes the elevator takes a bit of time since it's a tall building, so you have to be patient. We've got a small team here. Most of us have lived in Pune for years, so we know the neighborhood pretty well. It's not a fancy place, just where we do our daily work. We handle various projects around town. Some days are more hectic than others, especially when there are deadlines or people calling about site visits. We just focus on getting the jobs done. You can find us near the main junction in Yerwada. It's been a few years since we moved into this space at Runwal Prestige. It works for what we need. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Just a local group working out of a rented floor. Sometimes the printer jams and we have to fix it ourselves. We usually order tea from the guy downstairs around four in the afternoon. It’s a good way to take a break.
