G.E.P.L.

G.E.P.L. operates out of a residential area in Pune, specifically at Warje Naka. We are tucked away in Datta Digamber Colony inside a building called Rukmini Nivas. Our office is actually Flat Number 2, and it belongs to Narayan Pote. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to work compared to the busy streets of central Pune. We like it this way because we can actually hear ourselves think. The office feels more like a home, which makes the long hours a bit easier to handle. We have our desks set up in the main room and the shelves are mostly full of technical manuals and project files. There is no big sign outside, so most people have to ask around or look for the colony gate. We spend our days mostly on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We are just a small team and we do not have a fancy mission statement or anything like that. We just focus on the engineering and project work that comes our way. Sometimes we have tea out on the small balcony when the weather is nice. It is a very local, down-to-earth setup. We have been part of this community for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. We do our best to stay out of the way and just get our daily tasks finished so we can head home. It is simple and it works for us.
