We are tucked away on the second floor of the Gera building in Kalyani Nagar. It’s right across from Gold Adlabs, so there’s always people walking around for the movies, especially on weekends. We deal with logistics, which mostly means we spend a lot of time tracking shipments and making sure things aren't stuck at a warehouse somewhere. The office isn't very large, just some desks and a lot of maps and schedules pinned to the walls with old tape. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a bit and like the neighborhood. It’s easier for the staff to get to than being in the middle of the city traffic. We don't have a big reception area or anything fancy. You just walk in and someone will be there on a computer or talking to a driver on the phone. It’s practical work. Sometimes things go wrong with a delivery and we have to stay late to fix it, but that’s just how this business is. We drink a lot of tea while waiting for updates from the ports or the warehouses. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to make sure goods get from point A to point B without too much trouble. We don’t use any complicated systems, just what works for us and our clients. The climb up to the second floor keeps us fit, though the elevator works most of the time.
