Gemini Properties

Gemini Properties is based over in Viman Nagar. We are tucked away in Vijaya Layout on Sunshine Avenue. If you know where the Datta Mandir Chowk is, we are right opposite that. It's a busy little area, especially with the Lunkad Builders office so close by. Our office at number 7 is where we manage everything. We deal with local properties, mostly helping people find houses or selling plots around this side of town. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet people. We've been in the Viman Nagar area long enough to know the streets pretty well. Sunshine Avenue has a lot of traffic during the day. We spend most of our time answering questions about what's available in the layout. Sometimes we are out on site visits, and other times we are just here catching up on emails. Being near the temple means there's always something going on outside. We don't have a massive staff, just a few people who know the real estate market around here. We handle the usual stuff like paperwork and showing people around. It’s a job like any other. We try to be helpful when someone walks in looking for a place. You can find us easily enough if you're in the neighborhood. We just focus on what’s happening here in Gemini Properties. It's mostly just local talk and property papers.
