Our office is on the first floor of Kumarpal Apartments here in Pune. It is a busy spot in the 411011 area and we have been working out of this space for some time now. We are mostly focused on local development projects around Maharashtra. You will usually find a few of us sitting around the main table looking at blueprints or arguing over some small detail in the floor plans. It is not a massive corporate setup with a glass lobby and a receptionist. It is just a regular apartment converted into a workspace where we get things done. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and checking on our crews at different sites. The traffic in Pune can be a real headache, so we try to do most of our meetings right here at the Kumarpal office instead of traveling. There is always tea being made and someone coming in with news from a site. We handle the paperwork, the permits, and all the boring stuff that comes with developing property. It is a lot of back-and-forth with the local authorities. We are not trying to be the biggest company in India, just trying to do decent work in our own city. Sometimes things get messy with delays, but we just deal with it one day at a time. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late evening.
