It's a decent spot in a part of town that’s growing fast. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood since we started. Our office is just a place where we sit down and figure out the logistics for our infra projects. It’s not one of those high-tech offices you see in magazines. We have desks, some chairs, and a lot of maps and papers lying around. Sometimes it gets a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. We’re a small group of people who just like building things. We don't have a formal dress code or anything. Most days we are just in jeans and shirts. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites around Pune. The traffic in Baner can be really bad in the evenings, so we try to time our trips carefully. We don't really do much advertising. People usually find us because they saw our work or someone told them about us. We just try to be honest about what we can do. We aren't looking to become a global empire. We just want to keep working on local projects and doing a good job for the folks around here. It's a simple way of doing business.
