G-Aurum Buildcon Llp

We are based out of Khandvenagar, near the IAF station on Lohgaon Road. Our spot is at Burud Parshuram Nivas, which is a place many locals in this part of Pune know well. G-Aurum Buildcon Llp isn't a fancy name you’ll see on big billboards or on the radio. We’re more of a hands-on group that stays close to the projects we take on. Being near the air force station means we’re used to the noise and the busy pace of this part of town. Our work involves a lot of coordination and making sure the right materials get to the right place at the right time. It’s not always easy, especially with the traffic on Lohgaon Road, but we make it work somehow. We spend most of our time out in the sun, checking on the progress of our builds. It’s a lot of manual labor and management, and we don't try to sugarcoat it. Building things is hard work and it gets messy quite often. We started this because we knew the local area well and wanted to be part of how it's growing. We don't have a big corporate office with a fancy lobby or a receptionist. It's just a functional space where we handle the bills and the plans. If you're in the neighborhood, you'll probably see us coming and going. We’re just normal people trying to build things right and keep our word to the folks we work for.
