We are located at P No 30 Block G in the MIDC area of Chinchwad East. Being near Ajanta Nagar and right behind the big Bajaj Auto plant means there is always a lot of heavy traffic and the sound of trucks nearby. Our space is basically a big warehouse floor where we manage different types of cargo. It can get quite dusty because of all the vehicles coming in and out of the industrial zone. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and making sure the loading bays are clear for the next arrival. There are no fancy offices here, just some sturdy desks and a lot of clipboards. We deal with a lot of different sizes of boxes and crates every day. The air is often thick with the smell of diesel and warehouse dust, which is just part of the job in this part of town. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains hard and we have to be extra careful with the loading. We have a small crew and we all know the routine by heart now. We take our breaks when we can, usually sitting on a crate with some tea. It is hard work, but we just keep the cargo moving through the system as best as we can.
