Ganesh Developers & Co Bhintade Group

We operate out of Bibwewadi, near the Ganesh Corner in the Katargram area. Our group, which is part of the Bhintade Group, focuses on development and construction projects. The office isn't anything too special to look at. It's a place where we keep our blueprints, site maps, and a lot of binders. There's usually some mud on the floor because we are always coming back from one of the building sites nearby. We don't wear suits and ties here; it's mostly jeans and sturdy boots. We spend our mornings checking on the progress of our workers and the rest of the day handling the permissions and planning. Being near Ganesh Corner means we are right in the heart of the neighborhood we are building in. We know the local shopkeepers and the people who live around our projects. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't have a big marketing budget or a fancy website. We just rely on the work we do and the people who see it. Sometimes the office gets a bit loud when we are arguing over a plan, but that’s just how it goes in construction. We are just a group of people trying to build things that will last for a while in Bibwewadi. We have been working around here for quite a few years now.
