Gambhir Estates

We’re located in the Ganga Orchid Society on Mundhwa Road, specifically in Building A1, room 703. It’s a nice enough spot in the Koregaon Park area, tucked away a bit from the busiest parts of the main road. We're right around the 8th Main area, which is easy to get to once you're on Mundhwa Road. Gambhir Estates is basically a small operation we run from here. We deal with property and real estate, helping people find flats or shops in this part of town. The office isn't a storefront on the street; it’s more of a personal space where we meet clients and go over documents. Since we’re in a residential society, it’s a bit quieter than a typical commercial building, which is nice when you’re trying to talk through a contract. We have some files, a couple of laptops, and plenty of coffee to get us through the day. We know the Mundhwa and Koregaon Park areas really well because we spend so much time walking around looking at different buildings and talking to landlords. It’s a lot of phone calls and driving around to show people places that might suit them. We don't have any big flashy signs. Most people find us through word of mouth or by looking for us specifically in the society. It’s a straightforward way of doing business, focusing on the local market and making sure we know exactly what’s available for rent or sale.
