Gajdant Constructions Llp

Our base of operations is out in Katraj, specifically in the Lake Town Co-operative Housing Society. We're up on the fifth floor of building B8. It's a nice enough area, and being in a residential society keeps us grounded in what people actually want from their homes. Gajdant Constructions Llp is really just about getting projects done without a lot of drama or noise. We spend a lot of time driving around Katraj and the surrounding parts of Pune, looking at sites and checking on how the brickwork is coming along. It's a lot of dusty shoes and long afternoons. Sometimes we meet at the office to go over the latest changes to a plan, but usually, we're better off meeting where the actual building is happening. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy presentations here. We just talk about what needs to happen and how much it’s going to cost. Dealing with all the different contractors can be a headache, but after a few years, you get used to the rhythm of it. The traffic near S. No. 11 can be a bit of a mess during rush hour, so we try to time our site visits carefully. We aren't some massive corporation with hundreds of employees in suits. It's just a dedicated group of us making sure these buildings actually get finished. It's honest work, even if it's tiring at the end of the day.
