Gajdant Builders And Developers Llp is our firm, and you can find us at Flat No. 501 in the B-8 building of Lake Town Co. Op. Hsg. Soc. We are located in the Katraj area of Pune, specifically at S. No. 11. Living and working in Katraj is something we really enjoy because it's such a lively part of the city. Our office is basically a flat where we manage all our construction and development activities. It’s not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a quiet place where we sit down with clients and look over maps and site plans. Most of our days are spent coordinating with contractors and making sure the supplies like cement and steel arrive when they are supposed to. Building homes in a place like Pune takes a lot of patience and attention to detail. We try to keep our feet on the ground and just do honest work without a lot of fuss. Sometimes we’re at the site getting our boots dirty, and other times we’re here in building B-8 finishing up the paperwork. We know the 411046 area well and we've built some good relationships with the locals over the years. It's just a straightforward operation where we focus on building things that last and keeping our promises to the people who trust us. It's tough work but we like seeing a project finally come together.
