Gajdant Buildcon Llp is located in the Katraj area, right inside the Lake Town Co-op Housing Society. Specifically, you can find us in Building B8, at Flat 501. This is over at S.No. 11. It is a residential society, so our office has a very homey and quiet feel to it. We are not in one of those loud commercial towers or a busy shopping mall. We work from the fifth floor. It is nice and calm up there, which helps when we are looking over project plans or doing the bookkeeping. We do various building and construction work around the Pune area. Being based in Katraj is very convenient for us to get around. The society is actually quite large, going from L to D wings, but B8 is not too hard to find once you get past the main gate. We have a small team here, mostly just a few of us who have been in this business for years. The office is basically just a converted apartment. It has a small kitchen where we make our tea and a living room where we sit and meet with people. We do not have a corporate vibe at all. We are just regular guys working in the local construction business. We spend a lot of our time out at the actual building sites, so the office is mostly for the morning planning and evening paperwork. We like being part of the society here. It feels more personal. We just do our work.
