Gagan Shelters Llp

Gagan Shelters Llp is based in Pune, specifically in Koregaon Park. We are on the 4th floor of the Arth Vishwa building on Lane No. 5. If you know Lane 5, you know it’s a lively place with a lot of cafes and people walking around. Our office is a bit of a climb if you don't use the lift, but the view of the trees in the lane is quite nice. It’s a busy place to be. We have a lot of people coming in to talk about housing and projects. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers everywhere and half-finished cups of chai. We aren’t really into the polished corporate look. We just want a place where we can sit down and figure out the construction details. Pune’s weather is great, but when it rains, Lane 5 can get a bit messy, so we spend those days mostly staying inside and catching up on emails. We’ve been here for some time now and have seen how much the area has grown. We aren’t trying to be the biggest or the fanciest. We just focus on getting our work done at Arth Vishwa. It’s a lot of coordinating with different people and making sure things are moving at the sites. Some days are long, but we just take it as it comes and try to be honest about what we can do.
