Gagan Developers operates out of Flat No. 10 in the Mohan Nagar building, right here in the Dhankawadi area of Pune. If you know the neighborhood, it's building A-2, S.No. 35/3/4/5. Mr. S.B. Kharade has been looking after things here for a while now. We mostly spend our time dealing with local building work and development projects around this part of town. It isn’t some big corporate setup with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just us working from the office flat, trying to get things done right. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it is quiet enough to actually get some paperwork finished. We handle the usual stuff you’d expect from a developer in Pune. It can get a bit hectic with all the regulations and planning, but that is just how the business goes. Most people who come by are locals or people looking into the Mohan Nagar area specifically. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Pune is growing fast, and Dhankawadi is no different. We try to keep things straightforward when people ask about our work. No fancy talk, just honest answers about what we are building or what the timelines look like. If you are looking for us, we are usually in by the morning, unless we are out at a site checking on progress. It’s a small team, but we keep the wheels turning day after day.
