Gaarwa Ice Cream

Gaarwa Ice Cream is located in Karve Nagar, in a spot where people like to take walks in the evenings. Our shop is quite small, mostly just the big freezers and enough space for us to stand and serve. We spend a good part of the day cleaning the glass and making sure the lids are on tight so the ice cream stays the right way. Karve Nagar has a lot of students and young people living around, so the area gets pretty lively once the sun goes down. During the daytime, things are much slower, which gives us some time to rest and check on our stock. We do not have a very big menu, just the usual flavors that most people seem to like. It is a simple business at the end of the day. We do not use any big advertisements; people just know we are here because they walk past us all the time. Sometimes the power cuts out and we have to worry about the stock melting, but we usually find a way to manage. The floor is just plain tiles and we have a few small stools outside if someone wants to sit down for a minute. It is not a fancy place by any means. We just focus on serving the ice cream and keeping the shop running day to day. It is nice to see the same families coming in.
