G. P. R. G. Hotels & Resorts Private Limited

We are G. P. R. G. Hotels & Resorts Private Limited, and our home base is at D7 in the Kapil Aasamant building. This is located on Pashan Sus Road in Pune. It’s a good area, with a lot of new buildings coming up and plenty of trees still around. We really like the Pashan Sus Road stretch because it doesn’t feel as cramped as the city center. Our office is a simple one. We have a few rooms where we manage the hotel and resort business. It’s mostly just us working on computers and talking to our teams at the different properties. We don't have a big corporate structure or fancy titles. We just call each other by our names and get to work. The building itself is easy to find, and we have some nice views of the hills if you look out the right window. We spend a lot of time checking on guest feedback and making sure the day-to-day operations are running without too many hiccups. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe bursting or a booking error, and we just have to roll up our sleeves and fix it. That is just how the hotel business is. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and we feel like we are part of the local scene. We don't need a lot of bells and whistles, just a quiet place where we can focus on our work.
