Our office is in Bhawani Peth, specifically at the New Timber Market. We have shops number 1 and 2 in the Mahavir Darshan Complex. If you’ve ever been to the timber market, you know it’s full of wood, sawdust, and big trucks blocking the lanes. Our building is on Survey No 267/1. It’s a lively area, though it can be a bit difficult to park your scooter sometimes. We work on development projects, which means our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site photos. There is always a layer of fine dust on everything because of all the wood being cut nearby. We don't have a big corporate setup. It’s just a couple of rooms where we meet with contractors and talk about building materials. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different construction sites across the city. The office is where we come back to settle the accounts and plan for the next day. Sometimes we stay late because a project is at a critical stage, and we just order some food from the local stall. It’s a practical way of working. People from the neighborhood often drop in just to say hello or ask about new buildings coming up. We like being part of the Bhawani Peth community; it’s got a lot of history and hardworking people that we see every single day while we work.
