We are located at 142 Rasta Peth, right on the D P Road. The shop is part of the Janaki Apartments building. If you are looking for us, we are directly opposite Salunkhe Hospital, which is a big landmark around here. Engineering work can be quite greasy and loud, so Janaki Apartments probably isn't the quietest place to live above. We have been at this spot for a while, dealing with all sorts of mechanical parts and repairs. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil spots. We try to sweep up, but it just happens again ten minutes later. Rasta Peth is always full of movement, and being on the D P Road means there is a constant stream of bikes and cars passing by. Sometimes we have to move our work out toward the entrance to get more light. The hospital across the street is always busy, so there are always people around. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the machines. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until late. We don't spend much on decorating the place because it would just get dirty anyway. It is just a practical engineering shop where we fix what needs fixing. Most of the neighbors know us by now because of the noise we make.
