We are over here at Grand View 7 in Ambegaon Bk, specifically in Phase 4. It is a bit of a climb to Flat A 404, but that’s where we get most of our work done every day. The office isn't anything fancy, just a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around. We spend most of our time dealing with trading materials and looking at development plans for local spots. It gets pretty busy in the afternoons when the phone starts ringing non-stop. Sometimes it feels like we are just trying to keep up with the paperwork, but that is how it goes when you are running a small operation like this one. People around here know where to find us if they need to talk about a project. We have been in this spot for a while now and the neighborhood has changed quite a bit since we started. Most days involve a lot of tea and checking on different sites around the area. It is not always easy work, especially when the weather gets hot or the deliveries are late. We just focus on getting things sorted one thing at a time. The name Future Traders and Developers sounds quite big, but we are just a small group of guys working out of a flat. We try to keep things simple and honest without making a big fuss about what we do. It works for us.
