You can find us at Laxmi Plaza, which is right near the Aryant Hotel at Z Corner in Manjri. Our office is number 104. It’s a pretty decent spot in the 411036 area. We’ve been operating Future Design and Build from here for some time. The office is usually a bit of a mess with sketches, blueprints, and material samples scattered around. We do a lot of designing and then actually getting the building work done. Manjri is growing quite fast, so there’s always something new being put up nearby. Our day-to-day involves a lot of back and forth between this office and various sites. We aren't really corporate types, just a bunch of people who enjoy seeing a project come together from a drawing on paper to a real structure. The Aryant Hotel is a good landmark because people sometimes get turned around near Z Corner. Traffic can be a bit heavy during the rush hour, so we try to time our site visits around that. We’ve got a small team and we just get on with it. There’s no PR team here or anything like that. We just talk to our clients directly and figure out what they need. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we’re here late when a deadline is coming up. There's a tea stall just down the road that we visit a lot. We aren't doing anything world-changing, just building solid stuff for people.
