FUSION BUILDCON LLP

Our office is over in Tukaram Nagar, Kharadi. It’s in the B-Build building, specifically unit number three on Survey Number 8/3. Kharadi has changed so much lately with all the new IT parks, but our corner feels a bit more grounded. We’ve been working as Fusion Buildcon for a bit now, mostly focusing on local building projects. The office is where we do all the scheduling and talk to the guys on the ground. It’s not a very large space, just enough for some desks and a place to keep our project folders. We get a lot of dust from the nearby construction, which is ironic I guess. It’s a busy neighborhood and finding a parking spot can be a bit of a gamble some mornings. We usually start early before the traffic really kicks in. The team is small and we all know each other well. There’s no formal dress code here; we’re more about getting our boots dirty on the sites. We spend a lot of time checking on supplies and making sure things are arriving when they should. Kharadi is a good place to be right now because there's so much growth. We just do our part, one project at a time. It’s a lot of coordination and some long days, but that’s just how the building trade goes. The kettle is usually going and we have a few chairs for visitors to sit while we talk about their projects. It's a bit lived-in, but that's construction life for you.
