We are Fulgaon Gaware & Wagaskar Infra LLP and our office is located at Global Square in Yerwada, Pune. You can find us on the 2nd floor in office number 201. It’s a decent spot in Pune City, though the traffic around Yerwada can get a bit much during the rush hours. We focus on infrastructure projects, which keeps us pretty occupied throughout the week. Our team is made up of people who have been in this line of work for a while. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a glossy brochure. We mostly just talk to people face to face and explain what we are doing on the ground. The office stays fairly busy with people coming in to sign papers or discuss project details. We have our files organized, but it’s a working office, so there’s always something happening. We handle the technical side of building and planning without making it sound more complicated than it needs to be. Being in Maharashtra, we deal with all kinds of weather and site conditions, which keeps things interesting. Most of our work is about making sure the foundations are right and the structures are solid. We don’t really go for the big marketing talk. We prefer to just get the work done and let that speak for itself. If you're around Global Square, that's where you'll find us, likely drinking tea and looking over some site drawings while we plan the next stage of our work.
