Free Bird Developers is located in Kothrud, right in Mayur Colony at Patibimb. We are in flat number 402, which is part of S.no 755/88. It’s a quiet enough street, but the office itself can get pretty loud when we are all in there at once. We handle a lot of local development stuff, mostly focusing on residential work around this part of the city. We aren’t a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It is more of a hands-on type of situation where everyone does a bit of everything. One minute I am looking at a legal document and the next I might be talking to a plumber about a leak. That is just how it is when you run a local business. Kothrud is a nice place to work out of, even if parking can be a real pain sometimes. We started this because we knew the area well and wanted to build things that fit in. We don't spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us are friends of friends or people who live nearby and saw our name on a board somewhere. We try to keep our promises and just get the jobs finished without too many headaches. It’s not a perfect system, but it gets the houses built and keeps the lights on for us.
