Four Dimensions (4D) Buildcon Privatelimited

We operate out of Shivparavati Banglo, which is Plot Number 118 on Chikhali Road. It’s located in Koyana Nagar, Chinchwad, specifically near Survey Number 19. The company is Four Dimensions Buildcon Privatelimited, though we usually just call it 4D. Using a bungalow as an office gives us a lot of space that a regular office wouldn't have. It's a bit more relaxed here. We have different rooms for different parts of the construction planning. Chinchwad is a busy area, but our little corner in Koyana Nagar is manageable. We spend a lot of time looking at drawings and talking to contractors. There’s usually someone coming in or out with some supplies or plans. It’s a hands-on kind of place. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us at our desks or out in the yard. The bungalow has been our base for a while now. It’s easy for the staff to get to. We like that it doesn't feel like a cold corporate building. There’s a bit of a garden outside, though we don't always have time to look after it. It’s just a honest place where we put in our hours and try to get the builds right. That’s about all there is to it. It works for our small team at Plot No 118.
