Our setup is located in Erandwane, Pune, specifically in the Girijatmak Co-op Housing Society. We are in Flat No. 301 at SR No. 3/11. It’s more of a home-grown business than a corporate office. FORTUNATE INFRASTRUCTURE EQUIPMENT AND PROJECT PRIVATE LIMITED deals with the nuts and bolts of local projects. We mostly focus on the equipment and the practical side of getting things built. Erandwane is a busy area, and being in a housing society means we are part of the community here. It’s not a flashy place, just where we keep our files and take our meetings. We’ve been around for a bit, navigating the ups and downs of the construction scene in Pune. 411004 is our local patch.
