Flynirvanna Constructions Llp is located right in the middle of things on J.M. Road. Our office is in the Bhosale Shinde Arcade, which most people around here know pretty well. It’s an older building, Cts 629 A/5, but it serves us fine. Being in S Nagar means there is always something happening outside. You can hear the traffic and the crowds from the street all day long. It gets pretty loud in the afternoons, especially when the shops are busy. The office isn't anything fancy or over the top. It is a functional space where we handle all the construction planning and the backend stuff. We have a few desks, some old chairs, and blueprints usually spread out across the tables. Sometimes the power flickers, or the internet acts up, but we just get on with it. It’s a local business and we run it like one. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we don't need many formal meetings. We just talk across the room. If someone drops by, they usually find us busy with phone calls or checking on sites. It feels like a real workplace, not some polished showroom. Getting to work involves navigating the busy lanes, but being central helps us stay connected to everything going on in the city. We keep the doors open and just focus on the task at hand without any corporate fluff.
