Fluxura Land Developers Llp is based at S. No. 36/1/1, which is the Solitaire World building in Baner. We are on the 8th floor, looking out toward the Bangalore Highway. It’s a busy area, especially with Regency Classic right across the way. We focus on land development, which basically means we spend our time trying to figure out the best way to use different pieces of property. Our office is a mix of stacks of paper and empty coffee cups. We aren't the type of people who like big meetings or long speeches. We’d rather just get to the point. The highway can get pretty loud, but it keeps us feeling like we're in the mix of things. We’ve been working in the Baner area for a while and we know the streets pretty well by now. Our group is small and we’ve worked together for a long time. We don't have any fancy slogans. We just try to be practical and solve problems as they come up. Land work can be slow and frustrating at times, but we enjoy the challenge of it. We like seeing a project finally come together after months of planning. It’s a good feeling. We just keep things simple and try to do a decent job every day. There’s always something new to learn in this business.
